Refund policy


EXCHANGES/CREDITS/CANCELLATION'S:


We are not accepting returns or exchanges on Pre-Orders at this time. 
For exchanges on In stock items, please see terms below. 

  1. Any IN-STOCK item wished to be returned for full store credit needs: 
    1. Tags (if they came with them) still attatched to the garment.
    2. Needs to be unworn, without damage, and free from perfume, odor, & pet hair.
    3. Will need to be sent back to us within 7 business days to be eligible. 
    ALL undergarments, bralettes, swimwear, bodysuits, shoes, head accessories- anything worn on the head- freshies and marked down items are FINAL SALE. 
    ^^ No exception. ^^

    We only respond to emails Monday-Friday.

    How to return: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Email us at thecrew@loulouandcrew.com to request a return.
  • Once we receive your return request, we will issue a return label you can print out and attach to your package. 
  • Please allow 3-5 business days for returns to be processed. Store credit will be issued via email or phone number provided by the customer.

RETURNS DUE TO STOCK ERRORS
In the event that we have a stock error/missing item from your order, a store credit for that item will be issued. If that item is the only item in your order, your shipping cost will also be refunded in the form of store credit. If you have more items than the out-of-stock error item, your shipping cost will not be refunded. 


PURCHASED W/O PAYING SHIPPING CHARGE:

In the event you, the customer, have paid for items but have not paid the FULL shipping charge on your invoice or order, you will have 7 days to pay to ship your items. After 7 days from the date of your order, we will cancel your order and refund your order in the form of store credit. A restocking fee of $2.00 per item will be deducted from your refund in the event your total invoice was not paid . This also applies if you choose local pickup and are not local. This requires us to have to adjust your order manually in order to charge the difference in the shipping rate.


All orders placed under promotion, SALE, or discount codes are FINAL SALE. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS.
