Shipping policy

SHIPPING INFORMATION

All orders are shipped via USPS.
All orders take up to 48 hours on business days to process, not including weekends or holidays regardless of method of shipment selected. Orders after 12PM on Fridays will not be shipped until the following Business Day. 


DOMESTIC ORDERS:

Our shipping rates may change at any time due to the postal rates changing.


Orders are processed and then shipped to you. If there are items that will take longer than 7 days to ship, that will be in the description of the item in the store. Pre Orders will not have a specific arrival date as we cannot predict the Postal system, they will have an estimated turnaround time, you will be notified when your item(s) arrive.


Shipping Delivery Times:


Please remember that all shipping classes could be delayed due to Covid-19 issues and around the Holidays. If your item(s) have not been received within 14 days after they have been shipped out, please contact your local USPS office.
Pre-Orders have a TAT between 2-8 Weeks(Business Days). If it has passed TAT on your order, please send us an email with your order number to thecrew@loulouandcrew.com

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
LOULOU AND CREW LLC is not currently shipping outside of the U.S. 

LOCAL PICKUP

 If you are not local do NOT choose local pickup at checkout. If you choose local pickup at checkout and you are not local, we will manually add an "order item" for the difference in the shipping fee to your order. It must be paid for your order to be shipped. 


We are not responsible for any orders lost in transit nor are we responsible for any damages that may be caused while in transit via USPS. If your package was lost, you would need to contact your nearest USPS post office and provide them with the tracking # that was sent to you once we shipped your order.
We see the same tracking information as you do. Please note this becomes a matter between the customer and the specific carrier used to ship your item(s).
